To clarify the Roster Additions Requests and Double Roster requests process. If you provide all the correct information - your requests will be completed quicker.
The deadline for these requests are 11/30/2025New Player Additions:Please provide this information when submitting new roster additions. These will be below average(BA), average(AVG), above average(AA), way above average(WAA). This is the same information you submitted on the preliminary rosters. you do not need to use the form for additions. These ratings should be based on the rest of the players on this team.

Occasionally the board may ask for the player to skate in an exhibition game before we can allow the addition, so we can see if the skill level is a good fit.
Once we have this information, the board holds a vote. Once the vote is complete, we will email the team and let them know the results.
If approved, you will then need to add the player to the certified roster and submit to the board, Once on the certified roster is received, the player will need to register on the website before they can play in a league game.
Double RostersDouble roster requests are emailed to the board. Ratings are not required. Sometimes double roster requests take a little longer. Even though a double roster may not play every game, the board has to look at the roster as if they will. Occasionally we may ask to see a team skate before we approve a double roster, especially if they are a new team or have had new roster additions this season. The approved player must be added to the certified roster and submitted to the board.
Once the certified roster is received, the board will add the DR to the secondary team.
